Delivery Time

For the moment we provide only next-day delivery services Monday through Friday, from 10am to 7pm and on Saturday 10am to 2pm.

We do not deliver on Sundays.

We don't provide time-specific delivery services.

Although we strive to accommodate your time requests, we can't guarantee precise delivery times.

Delivery Cost

Regular delivery cost is 20$.

Airport delivery cost is 50$.

For orders above $250 delivery is FREE.

We're an online flower shop with a physical location available for pickup only and delivery.

Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries

Botanique Studio cannot be held liable for unsuccessful or returned deliveries in the following situations:

If the recipient is not present at the designated delivery address.
If there is no response to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable waiting period.
If the recipient declines to accept the delivery.
In such cases, Botanique Studio reserves the right to charge for redelivery. Orders marked as unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund.

Redeliveries

You have the option to have your order redelivered on the same day (if it falls within our delivery time window) or the following day. Additional charges will be incurred for re-delivery.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the quality of the blooms.
