REFUNDS AND RE-DELIVERIES
If your order doesn't reflect your special sentiments due to any issues, please email us at hi@botanique.studio with the details, and we'll work to make things right.
To resolve disputes, customers must provide evidence of purchase (such as the order number, email confirmation, or receipt) along with a photo of the product in question within 24 hours of delivery.
If orders are returned to us due to unsuccessful deliveries, they will no longer qualify for a refund. In such cases, you have the option to have your order redelivered (additional fees apply) on the same day if it falls within our delivery time window, or it will be rescheduled for the following day. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh or mixed blooms products, in these instances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery will incur the full charge. To request a cancellation, please email us at hi@botanique.studio, including your order number in the subject line. For instance, "Order #100: Cancellation Request."
